Tax lines and conversion rates are applied per country from a built-in reference table for the countries listed here, and worked out by AI for anywhere else. Both are indicative only — a real pilot reads each property's own configured tax codes out of the PMS and uses the group's contracted FX rate. Arithmetic is always done in code, never by the model. Only the country, currency and charge categories leave your browser — no amounts, guest names or room numbers.

Discount is applied to the folio total, tax is calculated on the discounted net, and each property is aggregated separately before the lines are combined — the same order the production pipeline uses. Nothing typed here is stored or logged.
